Updating my review after seeing all the negative reviews. I have no personal ties to this location other than we often visit it... weekly. We've been going here for years now I can only think of one time the order was wrong. It was a minor mistake and theyhandled it professionally. Last two times I went, the lady taking my order rounded up for Ronald McDonald house without asking. Looking at the order... screen, she had been doing it to everyone. Seriously, just ask, I will say yes, but it is messed up to do it without asking.You are not Robin Hood, lady. That is technically stealing from your customers. Read more

Incredibly rude experience this morning at about 630. I went through the drive thru because i heard that bagels are finally... back! So i asked if they had them, the employee said no so then i asked if they knew when they would have them and the EMPLOYEEsaid "i don't have time for this". Excuse the hell out of me but 1.) It wasn't busy, 2.) If you cant do customer service thendon't work in customer service and 3.) If you hate your job that bad (that very obviously overpays this individual inparticular) then go get a different one. Read more
Ordered 5 large mango smoothies most of them came 3/4full. Asked the lady what?s up she starts making up stories about the line... . Let me tell you something I wasn?t born yesterday to listen to this bs . The line is made for Iced Coffee drinks for you toknow how far to pour the coffee and to make sure you have enough room for whipping cream Not to make smoothies half way through. Read more
