Guy got mad at me for asking for extra ranch. Cussed, then continued to DUMP MOUNDS of ranch onto my sandwich. Got a ranch... soaked sandwich after waiting literally 25 minutes for this dude to make 2 sandwiches..... Edit because he's not an employeethere anymore and the service is much better now. I ordered a 12 inch BLT on 9/18/19. About 1/2 hour after eating the sandwich, I got serious food poisoning. I won't go in to... graphic detail, but the worst food poisoning I've ever had. Read more
I went to the counter and asked do you have gluten free bread at this location. She said yes. I said are you sure she said yes.... She instructed the young trainee to take the wheat bread from the same area as the bread with gluten out to serve me. Iexplained to her that is not gluten free and she insisted the wheat bread was. This store needs to be educated on what this isor it could get someone very sick. Also this woman had a person with disabilities working for her in the store she was very rudeto him. If you do not have time to train or address situations correctly then maybe not have a person with special needs thereduring lunch rush. Will never go here again . Read more
