Good course run poorly and play is painfully slow. Old men (not as old as me) run the place - foolish and officious. "Cart... path only" is the standard. Last round: 4hr 52 min; previous 5 hours and 20 minutes. Read more
Baywood greens is headed for a downward spiral. I have played here for more than a decade now. The experience gets progressively... worse and yesterday took the cake. I arrived at 4:45 for my 4:50 tee time. My patients required extra attention in the afternoonand yes, I left work later than expected. I was immediately greeted my a disgruntled employee who told me I was late. Iapologized for cutting it close but I was not late, especially considering no one ever tees off on time here anyway. Everyoneseemed insulted I would dare arrive 5 minutes before a tee time at the almighty baywood greens. Well, I shot an 83 on yourcrème puff course with no warm up at all. The course had so many ball marks on the greens which were slow. It used to be someticulously maintained but now they are clearly taking shortcuts everywhere. Their price point is absurd for what you aregetting right now. Also, they have had another 9 holes that have looked completed for years and is still not open. I mean, whatis going on with that? The course is a crème puff. Don’t hit it in the water and you are fine. I don’t recommend it, in itscurrent condition. Also every employee I encountered was so rude!! Try and get on the peninsula instead for a premium millsborogolf experience. Read more
Amazing place. The club house was great, range was first class. Putting greens where slick! The course is 5 star!
Rating the golf course. 5 stars. Super course with a diverse layout. Well kept. Played in late April and the tee boxes, fairways... and greens were pristine. LOTS of sand bunkers on this course! Can't wait to come back again. Very nice staff and Rangers. Read more
Outstanding and very enjoyable golf course and clubhouse and good service and staff. Surrounded by lots of water, but not a real... threat, just beautiful view. Flowers throughout the course make outing colorful and just that much more pleasant. Read more
Brought a group yesterday, and it was "cart path only". Absolutely no reason for this based on the conditions of the fairways.... Last year, I brought a group of 12, same thing. The course is definitely beautiful, and well maintained, but it's not worth thefrustration and price for "cart path only". Read more
