The coffee and ice cream machine are always out of order or down for cleaning.
Never fails, something is always incorrect with our order. Missing the whole chicken patty, or one of the burger patties on a... double, bacon left off every single time a bacon cheese burger is ordered. It's a convenient location on occasion to feed acouple of happy meals and often I skip any food as I've been left disappointed every single time. Very poor customer service. I understand that everyone is short-staffed, but thats no reason to be rude to the customers. Opened... the bag and my sandwiches were only half wrapped, just thrown in the bag. Read more
I was surprised when I opened my meal to find two frozen fries sitting before my eyes. I grabbed it and handed it to my grandma... she was so aggravated. And their ice cream machines and stuff are always broken. Recently my grandma just had mouth surgery, allshe wanted was a smoothie. The next time I went I ordered a chicken sandwich with no pickles. When I opened my meal there werepickles and absolute no mayo. I was very dissapointed with the service we got here. My grandma was way more upset though. Read more
