Everything I go to this establishment on evenings or weekends I am made to feel like I am inconvenience to the employees. Always... cutting me off when ordering even tho I am not done. Then when going to the window to pay and receive my items the order isalways wrong. When I express thats it's wrong the attitude that comes from the employees is uncalled for. Read more

Fast service and friendIy staff. I went to get a take 12 with some muffins and I was out in 5 minutes with my order.
They got my order wrong again. If it were just once it wouldn't be an issue. But they average at least 1 wrong item every 3-4... purchases. Things like using sugar instead of artificial sweetener (I can not have sugar for medical reasons), to making thewrong type of sandwich or putting sauce on it when I ordered no sauce and verified that it was punched in correctly. Tim Hortons in Long Sault is a great place to visit if you are in the area. Staff is great at remembering the orders of their... regular customers. The customer service is excellent and staff work hard. They are quick at serving and getting your ordercompleted. This place is always busy but the wait is never very long. Read more
Day girl who makes the sandwiches sucks. No way she should be making anything. Thrown together. Should see the faces and... quality you receive if you ask for something a little different. Wanted sauce on both sause of my bun. When cashier told her shesaid that they should have charged me extra. When got sandwich, sauce on both sides was one small blob in the middle of the bun.Totally deliberate. The tomatoes were 2 end pieces and the lettuce was black and shimmy. Done deliberately.
