Ordered a Baskin Robbins 9 inch ice cream cake with custom writing. Went to pick up the cake a day later. Store was clean and... well maintained. Wow, what a cake. Perfect. The chai tea latte I got wasn't mixed properly and had some flavorings still unmixed in and at the bottom of the cup. It was... pretty unpleasant to get to the bottom and then it just be bitter. I don't get how you can mess this up. Read more
I'm done with this location. They close too early, are inconsistent and do not align with the hours posted on Google. I've... visited 3 times when Google said they were open and they were actually closed, and we're talking about reasonable times on aSaturday before 6pm when Google said they are open until 7pm. Everything was too sweet. It was a waste of $10. My latte was thrown out as well as the iced coffee for my friend. Now I... remember why I stopped going there 12 years ago. Go to Starbucks or even drive the extra few miles to the other Dunkin. Read more
