I've put up with a lot. My family orders here frequently but not anymore. just on our last couple orders we had 3 missing... brownies, missing bread for Chili and an entire missing sub. I pay the extra +75 cent for milks on the kids meals but thesealmost always just come with juice. When we call they're always polite and claim they'll credit back to our account for themissing/wrong items but I have never once actually received a credit from this store. The last time I ordered the delivery took2 hours and 10 minutes. I live within a mile of the store. It actually didn't arrive until after store closing so when Itemswere missing yet again I couldn't let you know. To top that off the driver wouldn't even deliver to the door and instead calledme to meet him at the front of the apartment complex because he couldn't find the right building despite the 4 foot tall largeilluminated letters on each identifying them (I tipped over 20% in case that came to mind as a reason). in the last coupleyears You've stolen at least $100 in "missing" items from me(customer since 2012). Most times it's not even worth the effort ofreporting as again you don't do anything about it. So instead I'm writing this review. Don't tell people you're crediting themif you have no process for or intent in doing so. At this point I am inclined to believe this is intentional to minimize foodcosts. You can't "accidentally" leave something out of almost every online order. Statistically you should at least get a coupleright. Read more
I love the folks that work here. Always friendly! I love the sandwiches here! But I'm just can't do this anymore... You get my... order right about 10% of the time. I spend $10 on a sandwich that I have to pull apart and remove the lettuce and tomato andreconstruct. I'm done. Read more
Silver Mine Subs is a hidden gem in Longmont, CO. Not only do they have delicious sub sandwiches, they have great salads, wraps... and more, BUT they are a great staff with outstanding customer service. They have catered for many of my school events as ateacher and they even went above and beyond for us teachers by gifting us trays upon trays of sandwiches for TeacherAppreciation Week. Silver Mine hosted my entire Pk-8th grade school for Teacher Appreciation and the sandwiches were amazing and so tasty. They... were so generous in their portions and there was nothing left over. Some of us had extra helpings. The generosity andthoughtfulness of this company to support their community of educators speaks to the heart of this company. Quality subs and salads every day, but potato salad and coleslaw not consistently good and sometimes no brownies or cookies!?!... But the workers are great, and they always make it how you like it and even put more on if you want, and never out of mayo Read more
10/10. We got subs catered for a birthday party, ordered 3 big platters and a small one and they were such a big hit. Didn?t... have anything left over. Workers we're nice and friendly. My sandwich was fresh and had lots of meat. It's better than subway.
