I?ve been to this location numerous times and a frequent Starbucks fan. This morning I tried to purchase the drinks in the car... behind me the girl at the window said, ?I would appreciate if you didn?t do that unless you know them.? She argued with mesaying it got confusing for her. I have done this numerous times are various places and never had someone refuse me to do that.The manager came over and was rude and let me do it. I will not be returning to this location and potentially to this company asa whole. There are far better coffee shops around Longmont. Read more

Stood there for 15 minutes waiting to even be greeted and have my order taken because apparently it takes all of the employees... to order more coffee and cake? When the barista came she was professional but seemed annoyed to have to serve a customer, onlyreason it got 2 stars is because when I eventually did get my coffee, it was tasty. Read more

Just went through the drive-through at the Hoover location... cashier charged another customers credit card, manager came over... and made the comment that they?re not gonna charge me because of the debacle. The cashier then said ?NO it?s four drinks!!! Iappreciated the offer of the manager I greatly did not appreciate the cashier. Not because I didn?t get free coffee, it was hererror, and very common in business to make a concession for such a blunder. The drive through barista girl, Jennifer was very rude and our drinks took way too long. Then my coffee was so hot I couldn't... even hold it even with sleeve on it. I felt ignored and when I asked how much longer ,she was very rude in her response. Andthen asked for a manager to provide me the drink at the window and no one even acknowledged the long wait time...we were theonly customers when I pulled up and by time I left there were 4 cars behind us. Slow, rude barista who ignored me, and then told me to "bear with her" while I waited more. I was the only person anywhere near... this store, so it was not other customers. Ordered a black iced coffee, and she mindlessly asks if I need room for cream, thenasks if I need sugar. Please replace with a robot. There is a "real" starbucks across the street too. I couldn't believe thatI squeezed a "you're welcome" out of her at the end. Read more

There are 4+ other places to get coffee within a block, try one of those (particularly Ziggys kitty corner or the better... Starbucks across the street) I have only ordered standard everyday drinks, and there is always something wrong. I went back acouple times because it was easy and surely the previous time was a fluke, or an one time oversight. Once there was no coffee init, just the froth and flavorings, another time the only filled the cup a third full, and last time (my last) it was so burnedI couldn't drink it , and I am not usually bothered by a little over cooking. I am pretty easy to please with my coffee, alittle coffee, a lot of sugar, but I am done going here. I did not ask them to replace any of these, mostly because I didn'trealize it until I was driving away, but the staff were always friendly and I am sure given the chance they would have fixed it,but there is a quality control issue here.
