So we went to this Starbucks today and ordered 3 drinks. Two of which were supposed to have extra sweet cream. Not only did... neither of them have it, but they tried charging us again for the extra sweet cream. The drive through cashier and who I?massuming is a manager or supervisor tried arguing with us saying that we weren?t originally charged for it and couldn?t have thecommon courtesy of coming to the window while trying to make her point. After having to ask for our receipt we were able toprove they did indeed charge us for both of the sweet creams. Although Starbucks makes a great cup of coffee and the people are very friendly, I have issues with their personal cleanliness. ... Today's visit was without exception when one of the employees literally licked the syrup off her hand as she handled the syrupdispensers and continued to stock without washing. Read more
