I?ve never met nicer workers at a coffee shop. We came twice during our visit to Longmont and had excellent experiences both... times! I highly recommend the Vanilla Bee Chai Latte. Keep on doing what you?re doing Ziggis, and please come to the east coast! Read more
Was there early morning (6 am ish) and the old lady who was helping the girl who was helping me with my payment was INCREDIBLY... rude. She yelled "MA'AM!!" At me with a really disgusting ugly tone, and refused to split my payment. She then gave me anattitude when I said to cancel the drink. I accidentally drove off without my card and when I reversed for it she was stickingher hand out of the drive through window rudely handing me my cards and then when I said "thank you sorry have a nice day" shesaid "bye bye" with an attitude. I can tell she's just a very unmannered person and she definitely shouldn't be working earlymorning shifts if she can't do it without a nasty attitude. It made me feel humiliated the rest of my day. it was ok, they were out of smoothies completely ????not sure how that even happens, lol ... and then when I ordered something... else I was told they had no strawberry syrup???? but they did substitute a pomegranate syrup for it and the drink was prettydarn good ... so low stars for inventory issues, but the kids working we're pretty nice considering most of their day mustconsist of telling people they're out of stuff. I feel like they are getting slower and slower! I?m not sure if they keep having to restaff or what but it?s SLOW. Even ordering... ahead on the app with only one car in front of me and one on the other side, I still waited 15-20mins. Their blended drinks aregood though, hot drinks are average. Read more
1st I just want to say that the people at this location are pretty AWESOME! I was puppy sitting and this was a good place to... grab some coffee on the way to work. Young lady help me figure out what to get plain cut of dark roast joe! They do deserve 5stars because of the awesome service! Keep up the good work! On another note, i picked up a 20oz and Blueberry Cream CheeseBread yesterday. I didn't get a chance to enjoy the bread until today but upon opening it I noticed some mold on the back Iwould just suggest checking the rest of your batch before handing them out. Read more
