I was hoping they would improve by now. It's been over 10years I've been trying this location. I don't mind being patient. I... thought it was due to shortage of workers, but they hire people who have no ambition to better themselves or others. Put aChick-fil-A here. Wanted to add a small fry to my order at the window but excuse me they don't do orders at the window. This isthe laziest establishment I've have ever been to. They were not busy. I tried to support the local workers, but this is afailure. They go above and beyond to give the worst attitude so that you do not want to eat there. Read more
The food and staff were bèoth good. However, their fountain machine only had different types of High-C available. An the only... way the card reader would work was if you inserted the chip twice and then you would be able to swipe it. Read more
Very upset with the service, I get the same drink every single time I go and have never had an issue but the lady in the drive... thru refused to make it. It's just sweet tea with a shot of the strawberry syrup that they use to make the strawberry lemonade.I'm always happy to pay for the shot of syrup, I'm not asking for anything free but she refused to ring it up and wouldn't letme speak to a manger when I asked for one. Ordered a strawberry lemonade and it was sooooo bitter she barely put strawberry syrup in it. I asked if I could get some more... strawberry syrup and the girl told me NO so I just politely asked for a refund. The goal is to make sure the customer is happyand I was not! No lie I thought that Wendy's breakfast was going to be disgusting. The TV ads look gross. The only reason I stopped there is... because it was the only thing around that had breakfast. I got a sausage egg and cheese on a biscuit, Breakfast potatoes, And mydog got the French toast sticks. The breakfast potatoes were crispy and not greasy.. Absolutely the best breakfast potato on themarket. The breakfast sandwich was assembled perfectly and tasted darn good. The French toast sticks were better than the ones Iserve at my work. Unfortunately for my dog he only got one. I don't know if it was just the staff that was working there doing agreat job. This establishment should absolutely be a training store. Read more
