Please get some windows or an air filtration system for your employees. It's borderline inhuman to have them work in such an... environnement. My eyes stung the entire time I was there. Today I ordered from this Pizza Pizza branch and boy was I disapointed. I ordered a poutine, onion rings, chicken bites and a... creamy garlic chicken sandwich. 3 minutes later I get a call from the employee there telling me that there is no poutine or thechicken sandwich, so I asked him to cancel the order. I called the call center to ask for a branch that has the items for myorder, little did I know that my previous order was never cancelled and that indeed they had a poutine and the chicken sandwichbut not the sauce. So I kept the order and went to pick it up. I came in, the employee there was very rude, he asked me to wait10 minutes for my food eventhough the app told me my food is ready. The cherry on top of the cake is, when my food was done, hethrew them to me on the counter, I paid and he threw my receipt on the counter, turned his back and went in the kitchen. I gothome to eat with my significant other, the chicken sandwich was bland with only one pickle inside and a spit of mayo. Thepoutine was drier than the sahara desert and the onion rings were fried so much they were almost burnt. Terrible customerservice and terrible food, would not recommend this branch to anyone. Fast delivery. Easy to use app. Good Taste. I ordered thin crust whole wheat pizza with 3 toppings (onion, tomato, jalapeño).... I must say it was incredible. Good taste and aroma. The only thing that was little below expectation was crust. The pizza becomelittle soggy from base. Read more
My husband and I were craving a pizza with extra sauce. When I went to pick up the pizza, I noticed there was extra sauce, but... not enough for the way we eat our pizza. I told the guy working at the cash and he was so happy to add some extra sauce on topof the pizza! His name was Yassine and I hope he's always there when I go in! He was so kind and helpful!!!
