Sushi were good, apart from the avocado which were not ripe at all. The problem is with the service, I received my order rapidly... (Put in on the official Sushi Shop Website), but one item was missing. When I called the restaurant the lady did not speakFrench at all (not a problem within itself since I can speak English without a problem), but her English was also bad enoughthat it took 5 min to explain that I was missing a product. I asked for a refund and she told me I had go on the website. Spent10 min looking on the website and never found how, called an other Sushi Shop and they told me (in perfect French) the owner ofthe restaurant I had ordered at needed to proceed with the refund from his platform. Result : I got ripped off. I can't ask fora refund because they tell me they can't do it and I still don't have my product. Can't even try to explain this to them becausethey don't speak French or English. Amazing. Read more
