Friendly staff, fresh products as usual, well placed, but access is finicky.
I ask for a large caramel latte, first I asked them how many espresso was in it they told me one, so I should have took a small... since their was the same amount of coffee I ask for an extra espresso and it taste like milk nothing else, very disappointed. Read more
Asked for a raisin and bran muffin and got a banana muffin.. which I'm very allergic to! I didn't notice, not really paying... attention at first but when I tasted it I immediately spit it out. This is the second time I get handed a banana muffin instead.Maybe they need more education on different types of muffins.. raisin and bran vs banana? Fast service and very friendly staff, but be careful a lot of elements missing from the order. In 2 weeks I have been there 4... times and always missing potatoes or sandwiches. Since we go to the drive just before going to work didn't have time to go backand ask for it. But for sure before driving away make sure the bag has is full order. It's not the best way to start theday. Today again 2 potatoes missing, The drive is full have no time to return to let them know happens all the time.Check yourorder in front of the cashier cause it's really necessary of you don't want to give them your money. I went there to pick up a mobile order, the room was closed because people were not efficient enough to deal with counter and... drive thru... made me furious to have to be in line on the slow drive thru to pick up a mobile order (which the intent is to befaster and a better experience... it was not) Read more
