Hello, my name is Valentin. This is my second time writing a message to you?re company about the same Tim Hortons (located on... Curé-Poirier Ouest). Today, I was delivering orders through the application "DoorDash" when I got an order to that Tim Hortons,i went to pick up the order and realized the store was closed but the light was still on. As I mentioned before, this is mySECOND time when that happened, the person that answered to my message said that the problem would be resolved but as I can seethe problem is still going. Because of this, I had to call the client tell him I couldn?t get his order+ I didn?t even get paidfor all the time I am wasting on you?re Tim Hortons. Now, I would really ask you for a favour, I really am asking you to closethe Tim Hortons completely until there?s enough workers to not have people like me writing you all the time about this issue, orsince it?s my second time and it?s like my issue is going nowhere I am asking for a gift card. Today me and my family went on a walk to this Tim Hortons. It said on google maps that it was open, when we got there there was... a note saying: Do to the lack of employees use the drive-thru, we went there and we realized that the store was completelyclosed. Location is open until 10pm according to Google and locations page. 3 cars waited in line for approx 5 minutes after 9pm, no one... is there working, or they are inside and choosing not to serve customers. Please shut down this location, time after time;disappointing customer service, if there is any at all. Burnt coffee half of the time, and one of the slowest locations in haveever been to. Horrible service, outside what you can imagine for a business that still hasnt gone bankrupt. Employees close the store while... the drive thru is open with no sign or indication the store is closed. Another time we waited for a very long time at thedrive-thru then when reaching the window no employee bothers to handle the window so I sit there with my order visible on thecounter along with those of the next 2 cars behind me and no service, so all cars waiting as the lineup is getting longer arewaiting for some employee to hand over the orders that are ready and getting cold to customers that have been waiting needlesly.It was so outlandish I should have taken pictures or filmed the whole thing with my phone with employees ignoring the window forminutes on end while orders were pilling up on the unattended counter. oh and getting the wrong order is more frequent than itshould, like ordering creme of broccoli and getting chicken noodle, getting the wrong things in your coffee. Very slow drive thru service. The coffee is bad and the price is as expensive as other places. It used to be good and way... cheaper than it's competitors. Tim Hortons is just getting worst and worst. Read more

A great place to have meetings that first initial meeting with a client, especially in the evenings. Employees are courteous,... efficient and the dine in area is always clean! I find this Tim Hortons restaurant to always have a calm and quieteratmosphere. For this reason I would definetly recommend this location. Read more
