My server Stephen was so great. We came for vets free dinner but did not feel we got any different treatment than paying... customers. The mudslide I had was one of the best I ever had. I had 17yr service dog who fell in love with one of the servers.The little girl was so sweet. The hostess was a cute friendly little girl who made sure we got our extra gift cards. In thistime of cutbacks must resterants have downsized menus or cut out vets day all together. This was my highlight of the year. Usolder people got hurt bad with the virus but this treat has saved my good spirits for the year..the steak cooked perfectly mashpotatoes flavorful. I placed an order for take out about 30 minutes till close. I was disappointed to find the cup of queso was less than a fourth... of the container full. If they didn't have much left for the night I would have understood and possibly ordered somethingdifferent or they could have charged me for a smaller size but I paid about 8 bucks for enough queso to cover 5 chips literally.They also only gave one set of utensils when we ordered 2 meals. I know we ordered a little late but I still expected decentservice however I'm highly disappointed with what I got. My family of 4 dined in last Friday and we had a wonderful experience. I have to brag on our waitress Anastazia who gave us top... notch service. She was friendly, knew the menu well, checked in on us and made sure our food was what we expected. The food wasgreat except for our burgers not being cooked properly but Anastazia was quick to have fresh ones made that were cookedcorrectly. Great food, great service and we had a great time. I gave it a 4 star cause my shirmp dish could of been bigger then a 15 piece. Besides that, this place was better then most I've... been to. The waiter went out of his way to make sure we were good. Also, as of right now, they have a 2 for $25, 2 for $30, and2 for $35 special. That's two meals with a side of salad for what price it's under. It's so worth it, I can promise that. Read more

Me & a Coworker went to dine in for drinks. We stood waiting to be seated for 5 minutes. We ordered drinks & spinach dip for... appetizers. The spinach dip was cooked in the microwave, the tortilla chips were stale. We told the waitress she took the chips& brought out some more chips that were stale. We asked for the manager. He came to our table & we explained to him that thechips were stale, he took it off our ticket. This Applebee's is short of staff, food is horrible. I would NOT recommend thisApplebee's. Seemed like the air was broken, no one to seat us so thinking maybe understaffed then every time the nice lady brought food out... she was dripping with sweat. Food was good bartender & manager were super sweet as well. Not sure I will be back. Read more

We had a server named Aamarah B, she made it clear to us that it was only her second day on the job. We were prepared to handle... a few mistakes, especially since we?d also worked in the restaurant business before, but unfortunately the service quality fellfar below ?being new.? She would make snide comments throughout the night. One instance when the table before us didn?t leave atip for her, she came to us immediately after saying ?I hate people like that.? (Which while understandably, her service wasdeplorable, we always tried to rip at least 20%). Another instance is when she was carrying in some drinks and spilled one allover my foot and phone, and only responded with ?great, all over my finger.? Not giving a single regard to the mess she had madeevery where else and also only handling over now half of a drink. She violated several alcohol serving laws, such as how muchcan be in front of a person at a time. This lack of knowledge also appeared when we tried to order a drink and spent twentyminutes waiting on it just to be told it couldn?t be ordered. She then disappeared for around 20 minutes, occasionally spottedchatting with the other servers and host around the restaurant but never around her section. She didn?t refill our waters asingle time. Everyone else in the restaurant did her job for her, such as bringing us our drinks and our food. Once we werefinally tried of sitting and hoping she would come by we attempted to get her attention. Once she came over her only response tobehind done for the majority of the meal was ?saw your guys staring at me from all the way over here.? She then proceeded totake another 20 minutes to bring out to go boxes. Once the tickets finally came, everything was wrong.
