Kitchen service was very slow… bar service slow… kids pizza was gross… only to have metal in my meal. Hope I didn’t eat... any! Thought I’d give this place another try after a bad experience about a year ago.. won’t be back and don’t recommend.Owner/ manager didn’t even come over to address the concern. Read more
I have never been to this restaurant, but it is now a favorite! Everything was great! Our waitress Gracie never made one mistake... and was the sweetest. The food was outstanding! I had three to-go boxes in a bag I left in the table as we left. I went rightback in to get it and they had disposed of it already. Not their fault I left it. The manager immediately started to remake whatwe had left and had it ready in 7 mins. Certainly on the top of my list for favors now. Being a single mom isn’t easy and theymade it easier! Read more
Very thoughtful for bringing little kids. Excellent service, which is really rare right now. Did a great job with the food,... good quality similar to this chain in a large city. It's more expensive, but I really like this restaurant. Read more
This place was PACKED, when we got there. Understandably, since it was a Friday night. We could tell that the host was stressed.... We got to our table, after standing for 20 mins. (Not a big deal, we weren't in a rush.) The food was really really good. Evenour toddler liked his dinner. Our waitress was very nice. She stayed on top of our drinks. Thank you! Read more
Had a great dinner last night celebrating with family for my father-in-law's birthday. My wife and I got one of the lighter... meals with the Enlightened Mediterranean Chicken Pita Tacos. Really excellent flavor and just the right amount of food for usat the time. Only negative was super-weak frozen margaritas we got that were on special at the time. So weak that they hadalmost no color, virtually no lime taste, and no alcohol that was noticeable. Our waitress was very good about it and gotreplacements (on the rocks this time) that tasted a lot better. Still not strong, but these were the cheaper bargain ones, sodid not expect top shelf ingredients. We appreciated the excellent customer service and attitude from our server. We alsoappreciate BJ's birthday Pizookie policy, which made my 82-year-old father-in-law's day. Thank you for a good experience! We'll be back. Read more
So to start, there were 3 families in the restaurant. Greeted by a very kind male host. Immediately took us to our table,... waitress came about 10 minutes later. There were about 5 waitresses walking around the building. Took our drink order andbrought it quickly, so it atarted well. Got a quick appetizer, was kind of her to give us chips guac and salsa for one price.She couldnt keep our glasses filled, especially for how long we waited and she only had 2 tables. We ordered our entrees oncethe appetizer arrived, and proceeded to wait 45mins on 2 kids meals, a burger, and some pasta! Pasta was so OVERCOOKED that itturned to pasta puree. My wifes burger was cold and sweet potato fries were cold. Kids pizzas were hot. So we asked the waitresswhat had happened and apparently our adult dinners were done in the first 15mins. But the kids pizzas took 40minutes... firsttime going, probably wont go again. Read more
I forgot how much I love this place, I haven’t been here in at least a year but the food is still amazing. The waiter we had... was on top of his game and the food came out quick and delicious. The restaurant was extremely clean and had the classic sportsbar atmosphere. The revolving door is always fun to go through as well. Read more
Been in Longview for a few months and always pass by this place but never stopped. Today wanted to try it and it did not... disappoint. Ordered the pepperoni deep dish pizza and cauliflower pita tacos. Really good. Taste was amazing. Will definitely goback. Read more
