I ordered two items via the website... two. My wife drives across town to pick it up. She grabs the bag and goes. She gets here... and one of the two items (a $14 burrito) is missing. The receipt on the bag shows that 1. its my order 2. there was only one bagand 3. that I paid for the burrito and that it was supposed to be included. Fine, mistakes happen, right? Well, the restaurantwasnt busy so it was a lazy error. I try to contact the store. Nope, an automated recording says I need to report it via theconfirmation email. I do so and they send me a coupon for a free menu item that expires in 30 days. NOPE. I paid for extra itemsin my stupid burrito and they send me that without a word of apology. I try the phone number again. After slamming zero itfinally allows me to contact the store directly. It rings and rings then hangs up on me. I contact support via their robo-chat.After many hoops I finally get a human (maybe). They apologize and say they'll follow up with management with my concerns toensure better service, etc. I say no, refund the burrito, I don't want a coupon. They do issue a refund and ask if there'sanything else. I immediately respond that I now have to figure out something else and that if they're really going rectify theissue that I should be contacted by the local management. The response was (get this) from the robo chat again. Meaning theyasked if I needed anything else then ended their chat and booted me back to the robo-chat. I know it's chipotle, fast food,underpaid, understaffed blah blah blah. This is corporate laziness, poor management, and a lack of care for customer retention.They wasted so much of my time tonight that I decided I've give them another five minutes of my time to warn you all againstordering from this company/location. Terrible experience all around. I'll update my review if anybody from this company choosesto fix the problem, but I highly doubt anybody will. Read more

I had not been to Chipotle in years but decided to visit last night. I was thoroughly disappointed with my food. I ordered steak... in my bowl and it was tough and overcooked. I also ordered a small cup of queso and chips and the chips were stale. I couldn'teven finish eating them. I walked away with a bill of $18 for food that was overcooked and stale. I am fine with paying thatmuch money for good food, but this was just a letdown. I will not return. Read more

The food wasn't as fresh as it could have been. They also only gave a half scoop of meat for the burrito. There wasn't enough to... finish the burrito. For the price I was really sad. As for the atmosphere, the restaurant looked as if a bunch of kids hadtaken the silverware and napkins and thrown them everywhere. The tables were not clean and the soda machine was out of syrup ontwo of the drinks. But I still give it 4 stars because it has been much better in the past. Read more

The food was good, but the inside looked like no one had cleaned it all day. The tables were a mess and the drink/utensil bar... was a mess. They didn't give me a full serving of meat so I ended up with mostly rice and beans. It was probably a bad day forthem. But I didn't feel very satisfied. Read more

Ordered online via the app. Arrived at the time the food was said to be ready. Greeted by locked doors during what was clear... open hours, had to wait for an employee to leave to let us in. The 2 employees there had not started our order yet despite themseemingly not having anything to do. Waited for our food, get home and it is cold, rice isn’t cooked, majority of the toppingsleft off. My bowl (which should have had veggies, salsa, guac, etc) just had half cooked rice, cold meat, and beans. Used tohave good experiences here but the last several times have been mediocre at best, and this one sealed the deal. Read more

Update: new management and crew have gotten it together. Food is hot and fresh, counters are always clean, staff is... friendly. Online orders are wrong at least 70% of the time, in person orders some how manage to get messed up at least 10% ofthe time. Quality is hit and miss. Web orders typically are cold at pickup - like cheese doesn't melt cold not its been sittingon the shelf for 30 minutes cold. Read more

I loved the food and how it all tastes good with almost any combination, but i have to say that the hot sauce was hotter than I... thought it would be. Just so you all know the hot sauce is Hot the Name Chipotle implies that everything has spice but the hotsauce is legit, Chipotle-Hot Sauce! I really recommend eating! Read more

Staff was friendly and quick, restaurant was clean and inviting. The food as always was good, meaning it meets the Chipotle... standard. The price wasn't to bad, even though the food is organic, which is always nice. If you want a healthier, quick optionfor food, you can't really do much better than Chipotle. I recommend. Read more
