The chicken was incredibly greasy. Churches has always been my favorite but after this I may give Popeyes a try.
This is the second time in about a month and a half, I was shorted. The first time I was 3 pcs short. This time I ordered a 8pc... mixed dinner. I received 4 legs and 3 thighs. Bought 20 pc. All dark with poppers, Cole slaw, mashed potatoes & okra as sides, plus biscuits. UMMM GOOD ???????? However, we... didn't make it home with the Cole slaw, and that is my FAVORITE SIDE ?? They also gave me 1 gallon of lemonade and 1 gallon oftea as an extra treat.. THANKS ?? Read more
Ordered 5 piece meal for 2 was given 4 pieces of chicken, that is a good way for Popeyes to make money.
They always get my order wrong! Always!! Horrible customer service. Manager is rude and ghetto. I called her with my complaints... and she was so rude. . You get what you pay for. Chicken sucks. It's not what is used to be. Family sides are little...small frysize cartons!! They rip you off. They used to give carton box sizes. This place needs corporate to visit. ???? P.S. Use to be my favorite chicken place , but after today that changed. Whoever is talking on the headset. Was talking way to fast.... Forgot to add our chicken sandwich and basically gave us a meal without a drink. Learn have to communicate on a steady pace. Theline wasn?t even long for you to be talking so fast. Over the years churches has gone down bad. One thing it states that they close at 10.00 pm but the workers close the store... before that. They always out of chicken.Am I wrong or does the sign say churches chicken.They never have enough of things .Ibought chicken from there a few days it was nasty and it didn't have no season .My daughter went there , she said it wasnasty.i thought maybe they had a bad day but they can't keep serving nasty food.i love churches but I'm not going there as longas it nasty and always out of food like chicken, mash potatoes etc... Ordered the 10 piece family meal didn't get my bicuits and the Mac and cheese was so hot it melted the styrofoam container and... the chicken was soggy. Read more
