I work for doordash. I had two orders. Waited 15 minutes before anybody even tended to me. Employees looking at me and just... walking past. Had to stand there forever before they asked what I needed and when I did, the food wasn?t even ready. They don?tseem short staffed but I definitely know I was overlooked and ignored. I have also watched all of them completely ignore phonecalls. The phone rang over 20 times and nobody picked up ONCE. Read more
Despite it being busy, we got our food in a timely manner. The server was great and the food was delicious. I have to eat gluten... free and the waffle actually wasn't all that bad. It soaked up all the syrup but it's something to be expected. Read more

Ordered online to be ready by 8:30am, but the app messed up and didn't go through so the food wasn't ready when I got there.... They were very friendly and apologetic. The lady took my order and it was ready much faster than I anticipated. Read more

Service was extremely slow it seemed like most staff members just wanted to talk amongst themselves instead of really helping... the customers. Food was amazing and was delicious unfortunately our waiter did not deliver it to our table because he was toobusy disappearing. Took a while to get a refill on my Dr Pepper and when I got my second refill it was absolutely disgusting. Ofcourse my server was nowhere around for me to tell em about this and to receive something else. So I ate the remainder of mymeal without anything to drink. Yeah the server never came to check up on us. At the end of the meal I asked for a to go box andreceive two tiny little boxes. I had half of my food still left, my daughter had half of her food still left & my other familymember had food left. No way all this would have fitted two tiny little boxes. As we were getting ready to leave the server atthe table next to us told us to have a good day and hope that everything was good. I did want to mention to somebody that workedthere that the Dr Pepper was horrible and I mentioned this to him. He was shocked and said that they had been cleaning that areasoda machine and I should have never received a second serving of Dr Pepper because of that. He offered me some sweet tea totake home because of the mistake and he said he would definitely have a talk with the server who was supposedly there to takecare of us. Read more

Been here multiple times across my life in Longview, the food is great always and the atmosphere is pretty nice even better if... it's not packed. Service is hit and miss, most of the times it's fine but I've had times when our order was not correct and theserver got a bit agitated. Other times we've really gotten along with our server.
