I went to the Judson road location at 9:05 and I wanted original chicken. The girl at the drive-thru window said that they only... had crispy and wasn?t dropping anymore. Remind you the store close at 10:00 that?s not how you conduct business. They still had55 minutes and they could?ve dropped more chicken. After mistakenly getting my order wrong they politely corrected my order!!! Thanks to the manager for making it right!! And btw... that macaroni bowl was on point!!! Kudos to the cook!! That's the best chicken I've had with KFC in a long time!! It wasn't overcooked it was just right!! And it's ok about the mistake noone is perfect that's how we all learn! 8pm came for chicken at a chicken establishment. Was told they are out of chicken and only have strips. We drove 30 mins to get... chicken and couldn't get any. We're told at window that they didn't have enough strips for our order so we had to cut it short.Had to pull to front and Waited 20 mins for our food to be incorrect. We ordered 2 Nashville baskets and didn't receive either.Strips were nugget size. Why is this place open for busines if they don't provide adequate service? Complete joke. Over all, horrible experience. I ordered and paid online for a Mac n cheese bowl. Once Arrived at pick up time, I still had to... wait 22 min. People that went through the drive through picked up their order in 2 min. The drive thru lady was rude to me,huffing and ordered me to pull up and wait. My Mac n cheese was cold. Keep reading to see why we don't visit KFC much, especially this location. We went through the drive through. After getting put... on "hold" for a bit, we finally got to order. Five meals, five drinks and four orders of fries, with one mashed+gravy. And anextra side of gravy. We pull to the window and get handed 4 drinks, with not much info of which drinks were which. And onestraw. We have to ask for our 5th drink and no extra straws. Then we get told to pull up. Keep in mind, from order to window,nobody let us know they were short of anything, other than no extra crispy. The employer brings our food out, to say that frieswould take 12 minutes and acted like he did us a favor by giving us "extra mashed" when really he replaced the fries withmashed. And they forgot the gravy we paid for. Needless to say, we probably won't be back. Last night at about 6:30 pm me and my family tried to dine in at this location. I ordered 5 famous bowl combo for 7.99 each and... 6 extra biscuits. The lady told me that she doesn't know what I'm talking about the combo for 7.99. I'm reading the sign next tothe register to her that clearly reads famous bown with fries and a drink for 7.99. She told me she doesn't know anything aboutthat sign and will not be honoring the promotion because she has never heard of it. Apparently she doesn't know how to conductbusiness in a professional mannerism so I asked to speak with the manager. Mind u when he shows up to listen she has alreadyrang in my order the way she felt needed to be rang up. He starts asking me my order then told me my total is 69.99 for 5 mealsthat are 7.99 a piece. I said how can that be when that doesn't add up. He threw his hands up like he doesn't know. I'm not slowby no means but the employees here at this location are clearly not on an adult level. I wonder how they can run a business notknowing how to read and write. I let them keep their food and we left.
