I?ve never had a bad experience at this location, but today I feel like the girls working were exceptional and deserve all the... love. I ordered my food online, when I went inside, there was a note on the door about being short staffed, and my order wasn?tquite ready when I arrived. Both girls working acknowledged that I had entered, and let me know they would be with me shortly.They then brought out an order of about 15 pizzas that someone was picking up, they got my name and told me it was almost ready.Once my order was ready, she brought it out to me and thanked me for being kind and patient with them (it was ready within theestimated pick up time, so it?s not like it took long). 1800hrs 14 October 2021 The store was clean and the employees were friendly. Ordered a couple deep dish pizzas so I had a small... wait, during that time people were steadily coming in for the hot and ready pizzas. None of them had to wait and everytransaction was handled in a fast, friendly and professional manner. Read more
Its Friday and its busy and there are tons of orders...you can expect a wait even if you called or ordered ahead. Patience is... key here...the staff deserve a pat on the back and a raise. No cussing or yelling that I've witnessed and everybody isrespectful and smiling( the staff). Customers need to be understanding of the rush and keep in mind that this happens and to bepatient and keep the negativity to yourself. I appreciate the staff and how they are handling this crazy influx of customers. Read more
For the price, you can't go wrong. The pizza is good, and it's "hot and ready". I've been a little disappointed with the wings... lately, but they are fine for the price. I've never been left to wait long for my food at this location. The staff are veryfriendly. I can't complain. Read more
Good for what it is, especially when what it is is cheap and fast. The Detroit style thick lunch pizza is good. The thin... pepperoni could be a little more crispy. The app is a good way to order and ensure there's no wait when you arrive. Read more
