I love McAlister's food and sweet tea. They always seem to have friendly, responsive staff. Just wish there was a little more... space, I get a little claustrophobic ???? Read more

Lizeth is the only employee at this location that continues to speak with a negative tone to customers. Everyone else is great... to deal with, with the exception of her. It?s not necessary the things she says, but her tone. I normally wouldn?t leave areview, but this is how she is every single time I have interaction with her and I visit this location multiple times a week. Ialso noticed she spoke will the same ill manner to the customer after me. Hopefully management sees this and addresses it. Read more

They finally listened to me! I have noticed over the past few years that my favorite sandwich (French dip) has been getting... smaller and smaller while the price has been slightly going up. But now you can order it as a half or full sandwich. The "half"sandwich is the one they have been selling (most recently) and the "full" sandwich is literally 2 of those sandwiches (which isabout the same amount of sandwich that it used to normally be 10 years ago). It's way expensive but I will order the fullsandwich every time I go. Read more

The to go orders were falling over and the guy placing them up there saw and didn't try to fix the orders. Also once I got home... they had left off 2 sides. Maybe you should slow down so the quality is a little better or if you want it that fast you need tohire more staff. Read more

First off the manager is extremely polite. The service was great! From the counter to the table everyone was extremely... helpful. Now let?s talk food that?s what we are all here for lol?. The new steak and pepper sandwich was great! And the tomatosoup and grilled cheese was cooked to perfection. Noise level was not bad the music is not overwhelming. The restaurant isclean and. It took the young girl several times to get our order right, I was patient because she seemed new and flustered. I ordered my... salad spinach only because I can?t eat lettuce. I know she understood and the guy who voided in of my extra charges yelled outto kitchen that my order was spinach only. They left the lettuce and just put a bit of spinach on top. When lunch cost over $25for me and one child it should at least be edible. This used to be a great place, they need to get their stuff together. Soon. Read more

I haven't been to McAllister's in forever. I couldn't wait to get some soup in a bread bowl. I remembered the nachos being a lot... bigger than what we got for the table. They tasted fine, but ended quickly. I ordered the max spud and broccoli cheese soup in abread bowl. I was very disappointed. They barely took out any bread! I would have gotten a lot more soup if I had just ordered abowl. And the bread was not the good old chewy stuff they used to have. This was plain, very dry, white bread. Like a stalesandwich loaf. It didn't soak up anything! The potato filling was fine, but the potato itself was still very potato-y in a badway. The skin was basically leather. I'm not ordering either of those things again. But I might still go back to eat an order ofnachos by myself or try a sandwich. The sandwiches my wife and son got did look delicious. But with the way my stuff came out, Ihave to wonder. If my next trip isn't better, it will be my last. Read more
