They didn't put the cheeseburger in my sons happy meal and gave us the same number toy after asking for a different number.... Since we collect mcdonalds happy meal toys. They also forgot to give us our sprites in which I didnt even notice because I hadto go back in for his cheeseburger. So now we are at Walmart and not even wanting to drive back for the 2 sprites! I placed a mobile order. Nothing was ready when we got there. No problem there I pull around and parked where they asked. The... ladies at the window never mentioned there was no pies ready or let me know how long to wait would be. I waited 5 minutes in theslot which was not too bad either. They bring the food out and that's when we learned they didn't have the pies. The guy asked,"do you want to wait for them?" I said well do I even have a choice since I was already paid for them? He laughed and said nonot really. So did they expect me to say no and just pay for products i didn't receive? Maybe thats the norm for extra money forthe business. Add it up makes me wonder how many times they get free money. So we sit for 15-20 MORE minutes before I'm headedinside to ask for refund. I explained that I should have been told at the window to decide if I wanted to wait or get refundright then. Now my food is cold for what should have been a streamline process with the app but yet it wasn't. The lady at thefront dest taking orders was so nice. The other ladies said the pies were made so I guess the 20mins waiting and contributing tocold food was waste makijg me believe maybe this is a scam way to gain more money. Horrible experience! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE Management. There?s no organization and it?s always a mad house when it comes to the drive thru. I get it... they have a timer they have to keep up with. BUT, the runners running the food out, are always so lost and don?t know what?s inthe bags of food, and are actually digging in bags, and opening things up with bare hands. I?ve witnessed it 6 times in the lasttwo days I?ve been. DON?T spend your money here. Go to a different and better managed McDonald?s. I wish I could get my moneyback. Read more

This McDonald's the workers are just plain rude. Every time I go it takes them 15 to 30 minutes to get my food, they focus on... the drive through. I have seen managers down talk and yell at their coworkers. Read more
Went to this location for lunch on 11/29/22 around 1:30 pm I ordered a small salad and a drink. My order was wrong instead of a... salad I received a burger and very heavily salted fries. I went to the counter to tell them that I received the wrong order andended up speaking to the Manager she was extremely rude to me instead of apologizing for the wrong order she just rolled hereyes and sighed really loud! I suppose I was inconvenienceing her?? She basically threw the salad at me! I also ask her if shecould either change the channel on the television by the Children's play area or turn the volume down, it was blaring an HLNdocumentary about the Golden Gate Killer very inappropriate for the restaurant that is suppose to cater to children! She told meshe could not change the channel and maybe I should eat my lunch in my car or take it home if the television offended me! I amin my late 60's and I have never encountered this kind of behavior in any restaurant. I will never return and I will make surethat all my friends, family, and social groups that meet there for coffee about my experience.
