My mom ordered a pizza last night and one of them was fine but the other completely burnt the bottom was black the cheese was... burnt on top it was horrible and when we went to call to complain the phone service said they weren?t accepting calls. Our food was good...but we had ordered it on the app...over an hour later it still said it was cooking. My fiance tried calling... no one would answer. He finally drove there and the lady at the counter was giving him a hard time just for him asking about ourorder we placed. That is uncalled for and ridiculous!! Pizza was great! I received the chocolate cookie pizza for my birthday. I didn't care too much for it.
I am extremely happy with this Papa Johns. I had a messed up order last time I ordered from there. They fixed it, and made it... right. I had pictures, and it didn't match the receipt so they knew I wasn't just trying to get a free pizza. Thank you PapaJohns for the fix, and for the awesome stuffed crust, it was amazing. Read more
