Guy making the pizza a older white guy was rude, i said i need to place a order i just want a small cheese pizza, he said ma'am... I can't take ur order I'm busy it will be 45min before I can take ur order, and he walked off...I'm tell all my coworkers, family, fb friends about this and never come to this pizza place...I was so hungry that day, I left and went to Pizza Hut, theymade my pizza with no issues and were very nice to me Read more

Just purchased three pizzas from Papa Johns at 1409-C Loop 281 West in Longview. I inquired as to one of the pizzas I ordered... if it was the BBQ chicken and told it was chicken with BBQ dipping sauce. I explained I ordered through their automatedattendant and how could I avoid a similar issue in the future. I was told to order BBQ bacon chicken. I then asked for anadditional BBQ container - dipping size - and was told it would be 87 cents. I was surprised that after the mix up theycouldn't have provided one cup ? Going forward that 87 cents probably will have me call the other store in Longview. May bethe same owner but hopefully the customer service will be better. Food is good but the customer service sucks. I personally think its easier to call in your order so it'll be ready by the time... you arrive but Everytime I call, they never pick up the phone it serms like they are just letting it ring and just don't care.For now on I'll drive all the way to highway 80 for better and faster service. Real simple. We ordered a cheese pizza for the kids. It was delivered wrong. No big deal right? Make it right and own your... mistake right? Nah. I call and keep getting put on hold for 10+ minutes. So, we go for a refund and the lady won?t shut hermouth and just refund it. Instead of owning a mistake and making it right, she escalated it into making sure there?s corporateand franchise owner contact. She needs some customer service training BAD. Hey owner, if you think good employees are expensive,you?re finding out how expensive bad ones are. Look at all your reviews from this year. Read more

We ordered an online pizza this morning , we had ordered it wrong so when we went to pick up the pizza we tried to address the... situation with the manager. She told us that since it was our fault and not her fault that she would not remake our pizza forus. We have never had a problem with Papa John?s in the past or any other pizza service. This visit & the service really made meconsider not purchasing Pizza again from Papa John?s in this location. I assumed that it?s customer Satisfaction 100% but forthat location I guess they do not follow that. My wife ended up calling and trying to speak to her to ask why she wouldn?treplace it and she just specifically told her that it was my wife?s fault for not ordering her pizza correctly and that shewould do nothing about it because it was not her fault. The manager was completely rude to both of us and we will not be comingback to this location. The best advice I can give for this store is that the managers need to be reevaluated and they need towork on their customer service a whole lot more. Read more

Horrible. Took an hr to deliver , showed up through door dash cold and smooshed . Called to get credit due to it being 8:30pm... they offerd another one within 30 mins meaning dinner is 9pm all because of a mess. & service from candy was very unsatisfactorythrough the entire process.
