First time here. The food was reasonably priced. The servers were prompt to keep chips and tortillas available on the table. The... chips and tortillas are very good. They pair the tortillas with honey and butter which was very good but unexpected for me. Thehoney can make things a bit of a mess as it drips around. My quesadillas were fine. Positive; waiter was attentive Negative; salsa is sweet. Our food showed up very shortly after we ordered and everything was... cold! Could even touch the hot plate that the fajitas were on. One small pepper and a little bit of onions.... My cheeseenchiladas, the cheese log inside wasn't even melted. The charro and black beans, cold. Have a teaspoon of what is supposed tobe pico, which was nothing but tomatoes. This place is pathetic regarding food quality over all. Boxed everything to bring hometo doctor everything up. Great location, service, and atmosphere. Menu had good variety. Our meal was delicious but a few of the items that had been... asked to be adjusted (a member had certain things that she had allergies to) arrived initially incorrectly prepared. I ordered a relleno that was over way over fried or was cooked in old grease. The cheese quesadilla was awful. The cheese tasted... like flour or no taste. But the dessert made it all better!! This place is awesome! Here?s what I had. First come the seasoned chips with salsa. They are better than most chips I?ve had.... Then they bring out the best tortillas I?ve had and there is butter and honey already on the table. I ordered the shrimp andchicken fajitas and they were phenomenal! It's been a good 20 yrs since my last visit and not much has changed. My food was okay but the vegetables were pretty oily. ... The chips were crisp but oily and the salsa tasted mostly of tomato without the usual Spanish salsa seasonings. Our server wasfriendly but not too attentive.
