My experience there was horrible. Was there 11-5-22 for my granddaughter birthday. Was told to give them 20 minutes to clean off... tables. We could visibly see clean tables from our location. 20 minutes turned into almost 2 hours just for us to end up seatedat the tables we had been looking at clean. Was told the wait was so they could find a waiter for us. We were treated like wewere invisible. The waiter tried to keep our change instead waiting on us to tip him. His explanation was he had to pay $7 forour table. Oh, the order was all wrong after repeating it several times. Never will we ever revisit there again! Quitedisturbing! Read more
The food use to be really good.... not so much anymore. Prices have definitely increased & I can understand that but the... quality of the food should be worth that price. My husband ordered a beer & it wasn’t even cold. I ordered a margarita & I’mnot sure what it tasted like but it sure didn’t taste like a margarita. It was like flavored water or maybe they just need anew bartender.Husband & I both agree we probably won’t be back & at one time it was one of our favorite restaurants.However,the young man who was our server was very sweet & apologetic. Our multiple experiences here have generally very good. Their food has been consistently excellent especially appetizers and... the seafood combos including shrimp, scallops and pasta. We tried Brussel sprouts last time for the first time and they wereexcellent the balsamic sauce and the sautéed preparation really made for a wonderful bite. There was a slightly longer waitfor our food than usual last time but the server was friendly and attentive. Read more
Was disappointed that our drinks were watered down. The limes were bad - turning brown. When I requested another one I was... brought a cup of limes all turning brown and was told that’s all they had with a laugh. My husband’s stuffed mushrooms werecold on the inside and dried out on the outside. The portion size of our meals and rolls were not equivalent to the high prices.We were not told about the specials, which was disappointing, since we wanted the endless shrimp but didn’t know about ituntil after we had already ordered. The menu did not display the special. We found it on our table topper - in fine print -under a picture of the lobster punch drink. Should have known it was going to be one of those nights when our hostess wasn’tfriendly and We had to clean off our own seats before setting down. Over the last 25 years our experience with this location hasgone from excellent to poor, especially the last few times we’ve been here. Tonight was the worst. We will not be returning. Read more
It has been at least 20 years since I have eaten at Red Lobster. I was really looking forward to their shrimp scampi because... that's was my favorite item on the menu then. I ordered the grilled fish along with scampi with a baked potato and a Caesarsalad. 20 years ago when you ordered a salad the waiter/waitress would offer to put black pepper on it from a pepper mill. Whenthe waiter brought my salad I kept waiting for him to offer the black pepper. I was surprised when he turned to walk away! Istopped him and asked," aren't you going to sprinkle pepper on my salad?" He looked so confused! He said,"huh?" I explained thatthe waiters used to offer black pepper sprinkled on their salad with a pepper mill. He said," I've never even heard of a peppermill!" And walked off. Sometimes it's the little things that makes a place. You feel special when someone takes the time tosomething as small as sprinkling pepper in your salad. I think they should bring that back. As far as the food? Not good! Thegrilled fish had no flavor and the shrimp was over cooked. The only thing I enjoyed was the strawberry daiquiri. My husband hadthe steak and shrimp. service was ok. was a little disturbed our waitress offered drinks to guests that were seated after us. seems she knew them... personally, but that shouldn't matter, right. had the fish and fries. long John silver's is better. best part was/is still thebiscuits, unfortunately. and it needs a makeover. still too dark in there. if not for the name, it doesn't seem inviting orlively in there. Love this location! The restaurant is always clean and well maintained along with the restrooms! Staff is very friendly! Food is... amazing and comes in good sized portions! Carrie is an amazing server! She’s super nice, happy, and attentive! I’lldefinitely be asking for her section from now on! (You should too! ??) Read more
