Literally dislike coming here. Staff is rude and disrespectful. Left us sitting at the spot outside for almost 10 mn before I... hit the button a 2nd time to have them tell me to come in or go through the drive thru. Seriously? Then when I said I did notappreciate being left sitting there like that, instead of apologizing for them wasting my time or putting signs up on the kiosksthe girl rolled her eyes and asked if I was going to order. Terrible! Was traveling and the gas station was under renovation so the drink machines were closed. Went to sonic and ordered a... medium coke. Girl who took my order was drinking her drink, no big deal to me. The people ahead of me all had ice cream. IWaited for them to get their ice cream. Its been 5 minutes at this point. They all get ice cream, there is no one ahead of me,no one behind me. There?s at least 5 people behind the counter. So im standing there waiting for my drink. Nothing. A guy comesup and one of the workers refills his drink. Still no drink for me. At this point its been 10 minutes. I asked who I assume wasthe manager (he had on all black and the other girls had on red) if he could get my drink. He told me he was doing something atthe moment. I literally waited another 5 minutes before he even got my drink that I had to ask for. I waited 15 minutes for amedium coke with literally no customers in the store. WORST SONIC I'VE BEEN TOO. I ordered a Snickers Sonic Blast w/ extra sinckers... I literally just got a cup of vanilla ice cream... with some snickers sprinkled on top. Really guys?? I will not return to this location. Read more
I order online but it would not work with the bogo free . It would let me reload the gift card but not finish the order. So I... had to redo everything and take off the bogo burgers. I did use the 1/2 price one. Once I go inside sonic to get my order, therewas no greetings, hellos no acknowledgement at all. I walked up and stood in front of the register and someone came over. WhileI am waiting for my food I noticed a gentleman walk up to order and no one acknowledged him. Not even the girl sweeping thefloor. He walked to restroom and back to counter and still no one said a word to him. He walked out not ordering and shakinghis head. There were there girl sweeping and 2 girls behind counter and a man. Tried to order Honey BBQ chicken so I asked how many pieces come in each size and they said that there is no particular amount ... I said well what's the average they couldn't answer that either finally guy comes on says it's weighed by ounces while girl atwindow was screaming over at the place you park and order while she was waiting on a customer and that was all after we tried togo through drive thru and they said they could not seperate orders so they were rude inconsiderate and don't know what's goingon up there.
