Food was not really great. Actually this is one of the worst Sonic I've ever been to. Ordered some popcorn chicken for the child... and it came out way overcooked and completely dried out to the point where the child would not eat it. This child loves popcornchicken & usually eats it no matter what so when she refused to I knew it was a problem. Ordered chili cheese dogs with mustardand you might have well just called them mustard dogs because they had way too much mustard on them. French fries tasted likethey were cooked the day before and given to us. Sonic is well known for their old school order your food and have a CarHopbring it to you. For some reason maybe cuz they're short-staffed or they're lazy I couldn't tell you but they were not let anypeople order in the stalls. They told everyone they could only use the drive through. You can use to drive through at everyother restaurant. The car hops is what makes sonic original & they were not allowing it. There are so many Sonic's located inthe city that there's no reason whatsoever to actually use this whenever again. Read more
Never stays open the hours listed, stalls are always out of order, did a mobile order tonight and was asked to come through the... drive thru even tho I checked in at a stall. Asked for easy ice and received no ice.. This I think is the worst sonic as far asbusiness goes, they always have some issue going on to close early or not accept orders. Very frustrating. Read more
Every time I go here, they force you to use the drive thru line instead of the stalls. Their machines are constantly broken and... they don?t serve ice cream, and one time I was told they were out of everything except drinks. It?s consistently bad service andpoor quality when there?s a Sonic right up the street that can provide everything this one can?t. I don?t ever post poorreviews, but I honestly haven?t ever had a good experience with this Sonic. Please take your service elsewhere because I don?teven know if they serve food. Read more
I was on a lunch break and pressed for time so I got there in enough time to get a order completed. I ordered and I was having a... private conversation on my Bluetooth in the car with a friend about the curt answers from whomever was on the microphone andit's a drive-in so I'm not understanding why someone was eavesdropping after I ordered. And then he and I hear"Thank you ma'amYou have a nice day"so I know I had finished the conversation when I ordered beforehand so why was she listening to my privateconversation within my car I don't know. I went in to see if I was still getting my order because it sounded like a dismissal bythe nasty way she said it. And it was the manager pretending not to hear me, nor the young ladies trying to help me so theyasked her did she get my order and she just looked at us and said nothing so basically it was just as I thought.. Over all terrible experience. I had to go back 3 times, first because I got fries instead of tots, we had no sauce for our... chicken or pickle fries and the chicken was old and dry. I asked for fresh chicken and all my sauce and tots, since I don't likethe fries. We were about to leave when I noticed he gave me the wrong sauce again. As we're driving I tried to eat the chickenand it's so dry and had black marks in it. We tried calling the store about 5 times, but got no answer. Won't be back. I got there around 8:20 this morning. Ordered a french vanilla coffee and the new grilled cheese burger. The burger was nothing... like what was advertised. It had a cardboard patty and loaded with ketchup, mustard and onions. It tasted very old. Verydisappointed. I understand they were short staffed but i don't mind waiting a bit if it's going to be right. Read more
