The tall and chunky guy manager was so unprofessional when I spoke to him. The barista told him I needed a refund because I... ordered 15 minutes ahead and they gave my sandwich away to someone in drive thru and the manager even knew it and he acted likehe didn?t know what to I needed even tho they told him what happened. I personally never shop STARBUCKS. I WONT EVEN BUY THEIR PRODUCT'S IN GROCERY STORES. However my daughter in law ordered and... wasn't able to pick it up for two days. They did however make her drinks fresh when I did pick them up. They're polite andfriendly and willing to help. Read more
