The tall and chunky guy manager was so unprofessional when I spoke to him. The barista told him I needed a refund because I... ordered 15 minutes ahead and they gave my sandwich away to someone in drive thru and the manager even knew it and he acted likehe didn?t know what to I needed even tho they told him what happened. He walked up and didn?t even say anything we just staredat each other what seemed like a year before I finally said yah ? Hello? I personally never shop STARBUCKS. I WONT EVEN BUY THEIR PRODUCT'S IN GROCERY STORES. However my daughter in law ordered and... wasn't able to pick it up for two days. They did however make her drinks fresh when I did pick them up. They're polite andfriendly and willing to help. Read more
This Starbucks was so lovely. I went during lunch time so of course the line was wrapped around the building. The line... surprisingly went really quick so that means the team members in their we're handling business ... as they should. You couldtell that customer service what's something that they truly took pride in. When I got to the speaker, the girl that took myorder was so nice and bubbly. When I got to the window, that same attitude was consistent. They helped me reload my app withease. They seem like they truly enjoy what they do. I try my best to pay for the vehicle behind me every time I go to aStarbucks, and I did. This is the first time that the team members have ever thanked me for doing that and made a big deal outof it. Doing random acts of kindness is something that puts a smile on my face and makes my day better but that coupled with theteam here made my day that much better. Read more
Love their fresh coffee and staff were super friendly. They have two uni sex washrooms both accessible. Accessible parking... spaces and entrances. Lounge like seats and tables for laptop users. It's a good place to finish up some quick work but toonoisy if you need a quiet place for studying. They have a drive thru and the food didn't look very fresh. Hope you find myreview helpful. This location is very convenient being that it?s right off of W Loop 281. The dining area is roomy, clean and well-organized.... The first thing I noticed the moment I stepped inside is a designated lane for ordering, one which doesn?t get in the way ofseated customers no matter how long the line gets - smart layout! There?s ample seating provided with six dining tables, foursingle couches, and one long counter by the window that can sit nine (this table has electric outlets along the length of it foryour devices). There?s also outside seating. The WiFi speed though is so-so. They have a drive-thru and the workers are fast &friendly. Read more
I have been a customer of Starbucks for several years. I usually go to the location on McCann and Loop 281 in Longview, because... the staff there are the friendliest and most helpful of any Starbucks that I have ever shopped. They always get the ordercorrect and have it ready in a short time. A special shout out to Amelia, who always greets me when I enter the store. She hasmy order ready for me immediately every time.
