The girl who just took our order right now and made our food doesn?t need to be working in any type of food industry / customer... service field She made our food disgusting and didn?t add all the ingredients and didn?t mix it together correctly so let meexplain This is how the conversation went We pull to the window * Worker ? I?ll be with you in a minute ? Us ? ok ? Worker ?I?ll take your order ? Us ? Can I get two cheesy bean and rice burritos without rice and nacho fries ? Worker ?You WANT NO ri-?.. Worker ? will that complete your order ? Us ? no can I get two steak quesortios ? Worker ? OH MY GOD ? ???? Us ?. ?And a twopack cinnabon? Then she doesn?t say anything for a while She finally comes back and says ? I got two cheesy bean and riceburritos and two steak quesoritos no rice on the cheesy bean and rice and two pack Cinnabons ? We say did you have any nachofries she says what ? And then we repeat and she says ? no umm wait yeah we do ? Worker ? do you want any sauce ? Us ? mild? Worker ? total at the window , pull forward ? It?s Taco Bell so of course you can?t have high standards with them. But this worker was incredibly rude! She wouldn?t stop... talking over me as I was trying to place my order (in the drive thru), kept cutting me off, and was talking to someone else inthe background while I was trying to place my order. When I asked for a lot of mild sauce with my order she said ?I?ll give youenough for your food??12 small packets of sauce don?t go too far when I?ve ordered 9 items. The foods great but the drive thruworkers clearly hate their jobs and customer service. Read more

Somehow lost a Customer's online order. Instead of having them move up and pull into a parking space, the inept Manager has them... hold the line up, 22 minutes so far. Everyone in the line is upset. The Manager is lost. All he repeats is that he's the onlyManager and is trying to find their order. TRAIN YOUR MANAGER BETTER. Read more

I asked for a bean burrito + sour cream and 3 crispy tacos. Thats what was printed on my receipt. No sour cream in the burrito,... but charged for it; all 3 taco shells were broken completely, couldn't hold them to eat them. They told me they no longer havetaco salad, wth do you think you gave me, with broken tacos? I threw it all in the trash, won't be back! Read more

We originally came through the drive-thru, however, after nobody answered for 20 minutes, we decided to Dine In. They lost my... order, and took about 45 minutes to complete it. All of this despite business being very slow. To add to that, they also had noidea their silverware wasn?t even stock and even looked at me like I was dumb until they realized it was only knives in there. Read more

It was very frustrating when my electricity went out, I decided to order Taco Bell online(spur of the moment) and pick up in... the drive thru. (I was not dressed to be seen in public, I got to the drive thru and they told me the system is down and I wouldhave to come inside (even though my order was ready to be picked up) I couldn't understand why they couldn't just hand my foodthrough the window instead of having to come in and get it when that had nothing to do with the system working or not, to top itoff some of my items were missing. I ordered the burrito supreme combo, the taco was good, but the supreme burrito didn't have any beans that could be seen, a tad... of beef in it, it was mostly sauce and tortilla. I went to the counter and showed them and they said that was only a certainamount that they could put in the burrito which I understood that but I didn't even get that amount that was policy andprocedure for them. And when I showed them and told them of this issue I received snide looks after I told them that I wouldn'tbe back. I was polite during this conversation, and they did make me another burrito but I did not eat it. Since the looks thatI got from them I didn't trust the quality of the burrito. Also their drink machine was leaking profusely into the other drinksas you filled your cup, you couldn't even get ice without having the orange liquid coming out all over the place it was a mess.They were told by other customers the drink machine was faulty and they knew it because that's what they told me but didn't seemto be concerned about getting it fixed or shutting it down until it was fixed.
