Very professional clean and up-to-date staff gave me hot food very surprised
Let's start with the two orders of nacho fries that I received. Each order contain less than a half of a box of fries. I thought... maybe you know fries fall out in a bag so they'll be at the bottom of the bag nope not the case. Are the employees purposelygiving out less than half order of fries so that they can eat the fries themselves? But wait it gets better, ordered a Mexicanpizza included the photo of that and as you can tell the box was completely smashed upon delivery. Typically I?m disappointed with the service and food because every other time it?s been a not so pleasant experience and never... cared to leave a review. Tonight I went in and actually got what I ordered, I was so content and happy by not only the freshnessand accuracy of my food, but the service that was provided as they corrected a missing item immediately before I left andblessed my Cinnabon order as well. Staff very helpful regarding a homeless man living nearby the dumpster. It's normally not very clean.... I meant 3 ???? ???? ... ???? . It's close to the house... Sauces are always covered in other sauces. Ever heard of a sink full of water to wash them??Curious? Basic Taco Bell Hell! Read more

This location needs to take a class or two in customer service. Only one woman was polite and doing her job. I waited 30 minutes... for a quesadilla and I didn't want to wait any longer. I asked for a refund. The manager seemed p*ss*d that i wanted my moneyback so she gave money back with attitude. And insisted I still take the food.
