My daughter picked texas roadhouse for her birthday dinner (for the rolls...lol) and at least 3 other ppl had the same idea.... Other then the loud bday announcements for the other guests, I was happy with the service and food. Our waitress was great. Ihad beef tips and rice. I'm not a fan of onions and it was loaded with them. I picked them out and it was delicious. Anotherplus was that the wait time was super short, like not even 5 mins. I'm sure we will return. My wife loves Texas Roadhouse steaks...and their Sweet Tea. And this was our first visit to one in Longview TEXAS. She had no... problems using Handicap parking in the front row of the parking lot. It was easy to use her rollator from the car into therestaurant. And no difficulty getting to her table. The server service was excellent. The bus boy was very helpful getting mywife SweetNLow and EXTRA SUGAR too. Her steak was very good...done just as she wanted it. I had the Steak Salad...also verygood. I alternate between the Steak Salad and the "RoadKill Special" for lunches. Good service. Great Food. And pricing for allbudgets and ages and occasions. Lots of families here. THANKS. Used the app to cut down on wait time on the way there. Got a table at 6pm with no wait, had rolls as soon as we sat down. We... never waited for a refill, never had to ask for anything, appetizers were out in five minutes, food was out in less than 10minutes , everything was delicious. Thank you Chase. Came in to have dinner with my kids for the first time in a year, and Dashun was incredible! He checked on us several times,... brought us everything we asked for, did it all with a smile and super manners! I don't get many times to have dinner with mykids anymore now that they are older and have their own schedules to work around, so it was a very pleasant treat thanks toDashun! The food came out quick, hot and tasted amazing! And, they were super busy, so that says a lot. We only had a 30 minutewait, but was happy to do it by phone so we could hang out in the car and wait for our text when the table was ready. Can't waitfor our next trip in! Read more
Great service and food. I sat at the bar, and Hannah was a very pleasant and knowledgeable bartender. She ensured I had... everything that I needed. Drinks were cold, and she kept them coming. Best restaurant to go to in the area, however that's everyone's opinion too so you'll be waiting to go in, we were for around an... hour but that flew by and it was completely worth it the atmosphere and food in this restaurant is top tier. Read more
Great food, great atmosphere. The draft beer is nice and cold on these extremely hot days. I had a Cactus Blossom to start and... it was epic! I recommend getting the ranch dip instead of the sauce that comes with it; I personally think it's so much better.The ribs were cooked to perfection and falling off the bone. The green beans and mashed potatoes were perfect as well. I preferto sit at the bar and had no less than four wait staff taking care of any requests I may have had. Took my wife of 18 years here for her Birthday because we'd never visited. Overall experience was nice, courteous, and the... atmosphere was very cozy. Food was prepared in a timely manner, cooked as ordered, and tasted good. Will be back. Onlycomplaint: would be nice for a couple more side options that pair great with fish. I.E.
