Latest visit Saturday night left much to be desired. My order was an 8 piece wing with fries. Other guests were ordering,... waiting, and receiving thier food while I was still waiting for my smaller order. Nearly an hour wait. Second to last verysimilar experience, worker at front was a young guy only taking payment, but was especially keen on making sure 1 certain otherguest got thier food. Every order that came up he was checking for her only and once it did, he stepping in the way of anotherworker to cut them off so he could be the one to hand it to her. My order was sitting on the shelf with me waiting and watchingthis.Needs better front of house management. Read more
Called in a to go order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived thirty minutes later and after waiting 10 more... minutes I was told the order was never sent to kitchen so they said it would be another 20-30 minutes. I cancelled my order.Horrible service. Will not go back. Read more

We don't eat here often. The wings are smaller and they don't evenly coat the wings with seasonings right. Some wings had no... parmesan on them. Fries were soggy and cold. Even the rolls were smaller. Charge more buy service is still lacking. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. Order was messed up and instead of them fixing it they called me a liar and hung up the phone... in my face. Called back the employee Angelique said her name was crystal when clearly her name was on her name tag when wepicked up the order. She said manager would call and he/she never did. She was very rude like why would I spend $54 and say anorder of wings were missing. Instead of getting the order right they called us liars. I have never been treated this way in mylife. We really haven't been to a bad Wingstop! The food is always served hot and fresh. I really love the way they do their fries!... This location was probably the busiest I've seen in awhile for a Saturday night. There was about 20 to go orders that left outin the hour we were there. The Hawaiian is my favorite. Read more
I should have done my homework before I ordered such a large order. Food was just randomly in the bag with no protection from... anything. Order came from across town rather than the location 1/2 mile away. I haven't had much luck with door dash so I wouldnot have ordered if I'd realized that was the mode of delivery. Read more
