Dry! Great looking but I had to use my own sauces so I didn't choke. Add some sauce and consider putting that extra cheese... ordered on the pizza pie... Recommend putting cheese on top as well for a real pie. Ingredient portions are great (recommendtaking hamburger off the menu). Not sure if I will return. So dry. Read more
Bruno's is my favorite place to stop in Longview any time I can. It reminds me of pizza from my childhood and not many places... can so easily put nostalgia in my mouth. Honest truth: my last experience there (last week) reflected a change in ingredients(different pepperoni) but I'm willing to wager that's due to supply chain issues and I hope someday it returns to theawesomeness it usually is! Love Bruno's. We've been regulars since I was a kid. We even drive an hour and a half for my birthday every year for it. Get the... shrimp on that combo... I promise you won't regret it! The little pepperoni are where it's at! Their buffalo wings are greattoo. They have a lot of flavor to the base breading. We like to pop them on the BBQ or beach bonfire to give them a hint ofsmoke. The convenience of their drive through pick up window is great when we order ahead. Love that we can just grab it and beback on the road quickly. With that being said man the prices have skyrocketed! For a large 4x4 (ie 4 meats, 4 cheeses) wespent $36+ and unfortunately our pizza this time left a bit to be desired. It had almost no sauce on it whatsoever and ended upeating really dry because of it. We will definitely ask for a bit more sauce next time, they have great sauce too so we werepretty disappointed. It was okay. The crust is thick. My chef friend says the dough was overworked. I prefer sliced ingredients on top not diced.... Also pricey. They charge for the box and $8 delivery fee. Read more
