I walked in and sat at a table by myself at a two-top. Waited 10 minutes, then was asked if I wanted something to drink, I asked... to look at a menu as I wasn?t sure what beverages were offered. The waiter returned with a menu. By then I ordered a glass ofwater. He offered lemon, so I took him up on that. The table was dirty, he never came back with my water nor ask for my order.Ten more minutes had gone by as I looked around the restaurant feeling so stupid to be sitting there like that. Awkward!!! My husbands work hosted their Christmas party at "The Bristo". The food was cooked just right. The lighting and live music was... beautiful. The atmosphere was nice. The views out the second story windows was beautiful. The salads in the beginning was verystingy. And they did not have enough food seconds when asked. The bartenders were nice and the serving staff was nice butscarce. They cleared our plates quickly though. Definitely would recommend this place for a large party or get together. Read more
Good food with a bit of a wait around lunchtime. This seems to be the spot for the local workers, shop keepers and retired folk... for lunch, which is always a good sign.
