Dinning room still closed ,went there after work multiple times says drive thur open 24 hours but each time I go there I’m... informed there closed to count tills and do inventory never at a congruent time so they open whenever they want to be and Covidbeen over and inside still closed during the day I ended up going to Wendy’s they almost did not have a place to Sit there somany people who literally said after church service they went to jack in the box and they was disappointed that there diningroom is still closed loosing tons of money they are and getting reputation for not being open if I was the owner I would takethis seriously Read more
I only went in for an ice water. Was walking to rodeo and it was 100 degrees. I offered to pay for it and she let me have it.... Very nice of her. It was extremely slow there no one inside but me and I think only 3 or 4 cars in drive thru. But staff wasvery nice.. Read more
It doesn't seem to matter what time of day one goes through there, they are always claiming to be cleaning the milkshake... machine, no one else in the drive through, it shouldn't take as long as it did to get very dry burgers, I now see why therewasn't any other idiot ordering from there, I won't make that mistake again Read more

We went through the drive thru and order a chicken sandwich meal and jumbo Jack with cheese meal. We got home and I’m not... impressed at all. My jumbo Jack had no condiments, no lettuce, tomato or pickles. It was a hamburger patty with 2 pieces ofcheese. If that’s what I wanted I would of ordered a plain cheeseburger. So I call Jack in the box I told the girl about nocondiments, no lettuce, tomato or pickles. She said bring your receipt in. They gave us no receipt when we paid. Then she asksif I can bring the food back. My response was we went through the drive thru because we were hungry. And I hung up. The food was good, service was just OK. Staff not very friendly. Dining room closed. Grrrr! What with so much competition in a... small town, you'd think the customer service would be better. Went through the drive thru tonight to get the ultimate Oreo shake that is advertised all over their building and in their... drive thru to be told that they no longer offer that and we will have to order the Oreo and pay extra for the chocolate added.We then told her that it is advertised everywhere still. She then says fine. We get to the window and pay for our shakes and shethen hands the card back with no receipt and says we’re out of whip cream and slams the window shut. Once we got the attentionof an employee inside we then requested to have our order cancelled and refunded. She then come back over and slams the windowshut to then open it and hand us back cash and slam the window shut again. Not worth going back after that. Read more
