This kfc is unsanitary. I found a fly in our mashed potatoes smh! I wouldn?t recommend if you want clean food.
Placed a mobile order so we didn?t have to wait in long drive through line, BUT you still have to wait in the drive through line... to pick up your order. And then we we get to the drive up they tell us no online orders could be placed even though we paid forit already. And we have to go through the website to get a refund. It?s a nice combo to have a KFC and an A&W together; if you don?t feel like chicken, there is an alternative. The A&W cheese... curds are always good. Today I had the KFC macaroni and cheese bowl combo with the regular popcorn chicken, drink and fries for$8.99?..a fair price. There was a generous helping of chicken bites over the macaroni, making getting to the macaroni a bit of atreasure hunt. Once getting to the golden goodness, it was a bit dry?.combined with the popcorn chicken nubs, I?m glad it camewith a soda. Go there at least once a week. Not anymore. They get your order wrong after repeating it twice or more to make sure they get it... right. Than, when you get it, it is still wrong. NO HOT WINGS!!!!!! Discontinued!!!! I get these twice a week for my family. Believe it or not with mash potato's and gravy,... and coleslaw, this adds up to 464.00 a month. We LOVE them and have been getting them since the eighties. I hope everyonemakes some noise so we can get them back. We got the Nashville hot tenders and there was very little of the hot sauce on both orders so I asked for some extra sauce and... we were told thats not allowed and was given regular hot sauce packets. It's so disappointing when the drive thru doesn't bother giving you the complete order. It's worse when the manager doesn't... care. Plus the chicken was so dry and stringy. I can only guess that the chicken must be so small that it overcooks by the timeit gets to the right color. I would have thought that chicken this young would be tender and juicy, but it's dry and stringylike an old rooster. The mashed potatoes were just as disappointing. They were gummy and parts still had powder not mixed in. Itwas gross. The only good part of the meal was the coleslaw. The coleslaw was delicious. The gal at the drive thru was friendlybut I guess I should have known better than to trust her to give me my full order. Read more
