Been here a few times though the drive through. This time with my order I got a caramel Sunday. I looked in the bag and noticed... there where no nuts. I asked the guy 5:50pm Friday if I can get them and he said they have never had any nuts and walked off.Kinda rude the way they talk to customers. Food is not even hot. Read more

Sat out curbside for 15 minutes while cars who came in after in the driver thru after me were getting food before me. I get that... people call out and long times happen but 3 people working or not, that makes zero sense. That's bad organization, nothing to dowith lack of people. Regardless, when I came to ask whats going on, 2 out of the 3 workers were just standing around and oneeven said "there's mobile orders?" which means they aren't paying attention or helping out the poor cook. When brought to theworkers attention that people ordering after me were getting food before me, it was met with "do you wanna come work here".Waited almost 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich and fries. Very nice workers, easy to use the app to get the sugar free vanilla iced coffee deal for .99 cents. My only complaint is... sometimes the line is super long for the drive thru at random times when I want to sneak out on a break and grab a coffee realquick. Tried to dodge the line and go inside instead but when I got to the door, there was a paper sign that said their lobbywas closed for some reason ???? so that didn?t work. McD's on Ocean Beach is our go-to place for kid's meals. But like many fast food places, the wait can be lengthy. We waited 15... minutes just to order last Saturday, 6/26. Turns out staffing was an issue, as it was a beautiful day and several staff calledin "sick." Be patient, as wait times are not the fault of the staff actually working. Read more
