They are all rude short staffed mess up orders don't do any of the specials you see or hear advertised, got an order messed up... gave them the opportunity to make it right only for them to mess that one up as well and it wasn't difficult only ketchup ! Ionly want ketchup on the sandwich to wich the manager replied okay well have it right out for it to still be fully loaded witheverything I didn't want ! Read more

Good customer service. Inconsistent food quality. Rush hour meals are sketchy at this location. Have had cold to semi cold food,... pink uncooked burger, soggy greasy cold fries, and chicken nugget kids meals with bitter tasting food that had clearly beensitting too long. I made a order at the drive thru and they forgot my fries I called for lobby was closed and they insisted I had to go through... drive thru again to get my fries when it was backed up. But they were able to do curb side pick up for other people. Made nosense. Read more
Food is what you'd expect but I've been to this location now 3 or 4 times over the last year and every single time, without... fail, we end up missing items we ordered. We have a large family and usually end up spending between $40-$70 here. We always endup missing about $15 worth of that food. So be sure before you drive away, to check your bags and make sure you have your fullorder. Employees here are typically friendly and polite. Read more
