We went for my mother in laws birthday. The man at the counter spoke way too fast, was super pushy with the add-ons, we were... charged for a salad bar I know I said NO to. My mother inlaw is 86 and when we asked about the senior discount we were told thatit was already rung up and they would give us a credit for next time. Lol. We spent 135.00 and it was far from Sizzler quality.My shrimp was grease soaked, my medium rare was rare. My mother inlaws loster was cold and she had difficulty cutting her steakit was so tough. The only good things were baked potatoes and the salad bar and even the Bleu cheese dressing had no flavor whatso ever. Drive on by. This was so disappointing and we won't be returning. Read more
If I could give zero stars, I would. This place used to be so good, service was great, the place was sparkling clean, wait staff... was right on top of everything but NOT ANYMORE! The salad, hot food and dessert bars were messy, not cleaned up. The clamchowder was as thin as water, the cheese sauce also seemed watered down. The carpets are filthy, as was the outside landscaping,overgrown, full of weeds and trash. What a shame! I used to really enjoy their salad bar. The man behind the register was notfriendly, and, to make matters worse, he overcharged an elderly couple, in line ahead of us, who were very obviously seniorcitizens. When the lady came back to question why they weren?t given the senior price, he said because you didn?t ask. He saidhe couldn?t refund the overcharged amount. Really?? They were at least 80, I would estimate, and they have to ask for the seniorprice!! I was appalled and because of that AND how filthy the place was, I won?t be back. Read more
Had the salad bar. All you can eat for $12.99. Skip the cheesy bread. It?s not very cheesy. The clam chowder was good. Pasta... cold and all stuck together, sauce from a can. Taco bar just okay. I hoped for more. Read more

This place is awesome!! Where can you get steak on skewers appetizers full salad bar, chicken mashed potatoes on and on and on... then finish off with a desert bar for less than $20.00. Come very hungry Read more
I will not be going to Sizzlers again. I ordered 30 minutes before closing. I asked if it was too late to order to go. They said... no, I could order. I ordered two of their best steaks and garlic mashed potatoes with one side salad. The price came out to$47.00!!! The steaks were very small unseasoned, the potatoes where instance mashed potatoes and I had no salad. The first timeI went it was mediocre but I thought I would try again. Wow I haven't been to a Sizzler for over 10 years. Quite honestly didn't know there were any more on the planet. If you're... looking for the boujee steakhouse experience drive on. If you want a good meal at a good price. This Sizzler will meet yourneeds. The restaurant is very clean and the staff work hard to be polite and took care of your needs. On three maybe fouroccasions somebody stopped at the table to ask if everything was okay and wanted to know if they could bring his anything. Thesalad bar had several choices including a taco, pasta and dessert station. I will definitely be stopping by when I'm in theLongview area. Read more
I was weary after reading the reviews. Wow was I surprised. I was greeted with a smile and offered cake... this was my first... time eating at sizzles and I have zero complaints. The price seems high only when not compared to an average bill at arestaurant. I spent 43 dollars and was able to choose what I wanted. The hostess was extremely friendly and kept the platesrolling. Everything was awesome hot and flavorful. I will be returning again. Read more
