It has happened twice already...I1st time phone in pizza and wings, and they forget my wings even though I get charged for them.... It's ok I waited...2nd time I phone in an order of 20pc wings I get there they only have 10...it's ok I wait because by then Ihave already paid. Could they have given me the other 10 for free for their mistake, perhaps? But I didn't ask either. They areexpensive but they are worth it. Read more
We had taco and a supreme pizza, hands down the best pizza in town. Had a spunky kid with dyed red hair serve us, he was great,... kept up on drinks and was fun to interact with. Read more
This place was absolutely amazing. We ordered the Meatsa and Tiki Temptation. We ordered the Tiki because it came with... coconut. It was worth it. Before you come for me the we also stab pineapple on pizza. We did have the option to have to coconutput on before or after cooking. We chose after. Update: the pizza with the coconut cooked with was my preferred(pictured). Themeatsa we perfect. And stuffed to the brim with toppings. Old school pan pizza, or stuffed breadsticks? I have a hard time deciding each time I go in. It's all so good. I recommend going... weekday mornings. Their long time manager Scott makes the best pizza this side of the country. 5/5 will continue eating there aslong as I'm in the area. Read more
I had 20 people to feed last night and half are kids so pizza was the best choice. Called Vernie's and was told it would be at... least an hour, which wasn't a problem because it was dinnertime on a Friday. 45 minutes later our food was here. I'll be honestand say that I've had better pizza but I've also had a lot, LOT worse and that it was far better than Domino's or Ceasar's andmore reasonably priced. The food itself and prices would get you 4 stars. The 5th is for the very friendly, courteous, andprompt service. That alone is why Vernie's will be getting my business again. Read more
The guy at the register was super helpful! The pizza was excellent! I will definitely be going back there+ I am going to highly... recommend it. The crust on the pizza is just perfect...kindof on the thinner side, but still soft and yummy! Also lots oftoppings! Read more
I love when you are passing through a little town and find a gem like Vernie's. The pizza was delicious and the price fair for... the pizza size/quality. The staff were super nice and helpful. The place would be great for a kids birthday party, in myopinion, as they have lots of tables/space in the dining room. Read more
