4Rivers Catering was an AMAZING choice for our son's wedding . The planning began with Jenny, who was very responsive and... extremely easy to work with. Then came the wedding day. 4 Rivers is a solid restaurant with a fantastic catering department. Great food, great customer service. I've used them several... times for office catering (30+ people). We also have used them last year for a big catering event (120+ people) and they werefantastic. We have the same event this year and we were worried the rain may have to delay, 4 Rivers was super accommodating andhelpful. Heidi - the Catering Sales Manager is a true delight to work with. This was a good choice this evening. I had #brisketplatter, my sides: green beans, Mac & cheese. My son had pulled chicken... sandwich with fries (seasoned & good). And I also got pulled pork. Everything was really good! The brisket could use whateveris in the pulled pork! but I liked it as moist &it was good! Money well spent Read more
We used 4Rivers Catering for our daughter's outdoor wedding. First of all, the attention given to her by Heidi was incredible. ... Heidi was patient and understanding. My first time eating here was amazing. I love the set up. The brisket tacos, burnt ends sandwich, jalapeño cornbread, and messy... pig sandwich are my favorites. They constantly add to their menu so I'm always eager to try something different each visit. Read more
