Went through the drive thru the Gentleman in the drive thru was nice. However when I went home half my food was missing. I... called the restaurant and they said come in we will make it right. I went there tonight 9/22/2022 at 6:42 pm. The Manager whosename I didn't get even though she had pink hair. I went in for a civilized conversation about this incident and she laughed andmade me feel awfull. NEVER will I be back. I used to love Burger King and always held them above McD but I walked in the other day and u know they don't want u there, just... drive thru and git. I never liked drive thru unless late night because they often mess it up and u gotta go in to fix it, plus Ilike to eat my meals hot. Anyway I walked in the cold dead place n got 2 cheese whoppers n 1 fry for $17 to go. $17!! Forgetthat. Read more
Order was received as ordered! However, the door to the handicap stall in the ladies room won't close - door is too big for... frame. When I let the cashier know about the challenge, she said that they don't have any maintenance available to fix theissue. This is very unsafe as purses can be easily stolen if hung on the only hook in the stall which is located on the back ofthe door that won't close and ladies using the stall have no privacy from someone barging into the stall while they are sittingon the toilet. I love bk but this place need to change all they staff how you close that let you know there a problem going on. The big problem... is where is corporate in this situation allowing this place to still be open.food cold,you order ahead to find out the store isclose now you have to cancel the order and your money don't go into your account for at lease 6 days so now you loosing timepatients. I give two stars for the cashier alone. Without her it would be one star. Restaurant wasn't busy at all only three customers.... The couple in front of us received the wrong items even though the cashier was very throughout with going over their order. Wewere next. It took almost 20 minutes to receive our complete order. We were only two people and a fairly easy order. The lastcustomer got his food about ten minutes before us while we were waiting on ours. The manager came up front and said a few wordsto my husband..."whatcha need bro" uttered out of his mouth. The burger was just alright.. The onion rings tasted hours old. It took 25 minutes to get a simple order filled. They did not have enough employees and were prioritizing drive-thru customers... over those dining in. Food was mediocre, drink machine did not work and bathrooms were dirty. Needs new management or shut down. Read more
