Went through the drive-thru and ordered a pumpkin latte and a donut and she ask me if I want cream and sugar in my coffee and I... repeated a pumkin spice latte and she said they were out of espresso like I was supposed to know that. She had a bad tone/attitude. Got the donut and was told it was the last pink frosting at 11 am. How can you specialize in donuts and coffee/lattesand not have either of those things (donuts past 11 am)! Read more

The worst DD I have been to. The staff didn't even acknowledge you and we honestly thought it was closed in the middle of the... day because of how it looks on the outside plus our drinks were not the greatest. We drink a lot of DD and very disappointed inthis place. Would not recommend. Read more

To be fair, Dunkin? Donuts is not my favorite donut place. However, today there was an emergency in the drive-through. A big... giant demolition truck went through the drive-through and could not clear the awning. The manager came out and handledeverything with grace, and professionalism. She helped everybody back out of the drive-through, safely, so that we could get thebig truck to back out of the drive-through Without harming the building or surrounding people. She was very kind, apologetic. Itwas not her fault. She even had a lady screaming at her, which was asinine, but she still apologized and made everything as goodas she could. Also, my order tasted good. The staff inside the building were extremely sweet and professional. This will likelybe the only Dunkin? Donuts I go to from now on. Read more

Horrible horrible horrible experience. Never left a review before but now I am. Such rude employees and very unprofessional. I... asked them for an iced caramel macchiato, I got it and it was extremely bitter I asked if they could add vanilla to it as placesalways add vanilla and caramel to an iced CARAMEL macchiato. The large white short haired broad with white and black hair tellsme she can?t take it back so I said okay. We then go back into the line because we decided we should be able to have some sortof sweetener with the drink and she comes back with a huge attitude. We ask for any sweetener and she tells us she doesn?t havea small cup to put the vanilla in, and I should?ve asked for it to be sweet... she then goes on raising her voice and gettingloud because I said I usually get iced caramel macchiatos and they always are sweet. Then of course we ask again if we can haveanything else to make it sweet and she goes in the back and gives me a little cup of caramel,( I thought they didn?t have smallcups like she said!!) We then also reminded her we initially asked for EXTRA cream cheese and she only gave one and so wepolitely asked for another while we were at the drive thru and she said ?no you?re gonna have to go back in line then and payextra, you?re holding up my line? so disgusting. Person wasn't listening. Customer in front didn't get complete order, walked back to get it. I asked for 3 coffees but she only... did 2but gave me 3rd and when got home, was missing couple things, lucky wasn't charge for it but a huge inconvenience. Beenhere before and no issues. Drive through down-- Frustrating because I purposely went to this location because the other one closer to my home has no drive... through and my mobility is limited. Service and food quality were good but it was 11:00am and they had no lemon or doublechocolate donuts. Not sure if they ever carry lemon anymore...The breakfast sandwich was very good. Read more

This location is extremely trashy and disappointing. I?ve been going here for the past few months and the only thing consistent... is the lack of menu items they?re always out of. Dunkin is part of my weekly routine and every time I go an order they will beout of several menu items. Whoever is handling inventory needs to do better. The manager here is also incredibly rude. Onseveral occasions she has made me uncomfortable with her passive aggressive comments, but this morning really tipped off anysuspicions I had of her. I order the same thing each morning I go, however now the manager tells me I?m no longer able to get alarge ice water and if I wanted water I had to pay the price of an iced coffee, $3.15. Since when was water not free??? Withinflation I understand compensating for inventory but at that point that?s more expensive than a bottle of water there. I askedfor a complimentary cup of water whatever size that was, and she then told me that would be $1.25 at the window. The water wasalready made and it truly seemed like she just wanted to give me a hard time seeing that she has a history of making rude anduncalled for comments, so when her coworker handed her the water she said ?oh she doesn?t want it anymore. ????? to which heresponded ?so why did she ask for it in the first place?. This location needs better management, she?s unfit and clearly doesnot have the customer service nor skill set to manage a location. Read more

I can NOT say enough great things about this location. They are the only Dunkin locally that gets my order exactly right. The... staff is always nice and smiling. LOVE IT! Read more
