Me and my wife had our wedding ceremony at Enzo's on 10/8/22. I must say absolutely everything was perfect for me, my bride,... and our 40 guests. The food, drinks, vibe, and atmosphere was world class. Susan the manager was beyond professional,understanding, and most importantly patient with all of our requests. Even after the hurricane they made it a priority to getthe garden and dock areas clean for our event. I hope everyone at least gets the chance to dine in or use them to host any typeof celebration. This place has a unique feeling about it. Everyone from the hostess to our waiter including other waiters were very pleasant. ... The food was outstanding to say the least. We got a couple of appetizers to start off and they were delicious so I then knew themain course would be also. I asked the waiter what he would recommend since this was our first time here and he was veryknowledgeable, he helped me decide and I was not disappointed. My wife knew exactly what she wanted and was very happy with it. We really enjoyed ourselves. As a surprise our waiter brought us a piece of cake for our 29th anniversary. It was an amazing experience. The environment is beautiful, the lake, the sunset… Staff were very friendly and... helpful. Meatball was delicious. Creamy burrata was good. Lobster bisque was too sour for me. Filete was very good. Carbonaraok. Enzo pasta was better than the carbonara, more flavorful. Chocolate sorbet was very good. Amazing food, service and ambiance. Service was excellent from the bartender, server and valet staff. Ordered both chefs... special, the filet minion with broccoli and potatoes and veal, both were cooked to perfection and delicious. Very filling placeand worth the price. The greeter was nice. The valet was a jerk. Enzo's is an old school restaurant in what I believe is a picturesque location... though when we visited it was quite dark outside so it was hard to see the water. I recommend if you are going to go go earlierin the night. The decor isn't the most impressive and can feel dated. The service was friendly but slow and a bit forgetfulhaving forgotten to refill water or bring Parmesan cheese to top our pasta. The prices are higher but not awful. The problem wehad was the food was largely just ok. I do NOT recommend the bruschetta as it was one of the more disappointing elements of themeal and lacked much flavor beyond the olive oil. More tomatoes and perhaps some balsamic would help considerably. Thefettuccine pasta was homemade and was good though the dishes could have been saucier. We were celebrating a birthday so theykindly provided a rather large cake slice and some cookies. The cookies were pretty good but the cake was not. I would have beenquite disappointed had we paid for the cake. We then ordered a chocolate souffle which was good but not great. Food was good but didn't like the atmosphere. We picked this restaurant looking for a nice romantic place to celebrate our... anniversary and ended up been not what we wanted. We order the Carbonara and the filet mignon and it was good. The dessertsdefinitely can be improved. The best dessert option was the strawberry, raspberry, mango sorbets. Read more
