Good lord.. Sitting back watching a line form after I got my food. No one wanted to come to the front counter to take orders.... When the manager did she was short with customers and acted irritated she had to take orders. Very poor morning staff. HopefullyMcDonald?s takes notice of how bad the customer service is here. NEVER coming here again. last week we were here and dealt with the same two women we did last night. the first encounter they... were correcting the way my sister pronounced a word through the drive through speaker, last night they messed up my sonsbirthday order only giving us half of our food. the white girl so sarcastic that she says she read our order back but thespeaker is near silenced and the screen wasn't working, she will not reapply my 20% off coupon when she is the one who messed upthe food. the black female talks to me like i?m stupid saying "your other order is cold because time has passed" correct becausethey messed up my food and i had to wait in the line again when they should have giving me completely new food. they are sorude, and are clearly miserable at their job.
