Good lord.. Sitting back watching a line form after I got my food. No one wanted to come to the front counter to take orders.... When the manager did she was short with customers and acted irritated she had to take orders. Very poor morning staff. HopefullyMcDonald?s takes notice of how bad the customer service is here. It is very clean and the service is outstanding. They were very efficient and had the wait down to a science. The staff was very... polite, well kept and were happy to be there. I sat in line for 20 minutes without anyone moving in front of me. I could not leave because I was blocked from behind. NEVER coming here again. last week we were here and dealt with the same two women we did last night. the first encounter they... were correcting the way my sister pronounced a word through the drive through speaker, last night they messed up my sonsbirthday order only giving us half of our food. the white girl so sarcastic that she says she read our order back but thespeaker is near silenced and the screen wasn't working, she will not reapply my 20% off coupon when she is the one who messed upthe food. the black female talks to me like i?m stupid saying "your other order is cold because time has passed" correct becausethey messed up my food and i had to wait in the line again when they should have giving me completely new food. they are sorude, and are clearly miserable at their job. Ordered through uber eats and put a specific note for the driver to ask the staff if a second hashbrown was added to my meal... because I order a second one every time. Driver said she asked the staff and they gave her a nasty attitude saying they weren'tgonna open the bag again and that it was in there. Of course when I go to open my food there's only one hashbrown. Instead ofgiving people attitude when they're just doing their job, how about you teach your staff how to follow order instructions andproper customer service. They will force you to order from the machines inside even with disabilities and being reminded that those machines take away... jobs from human beings. Plus, I have lost promo code before trying to use their machine in the past. End Result: No order andwalked out with this review to remind me to never order at this location again even as much as I travel. Read more
Stopped by this location for lunch today. Ordered a Double Fish Sandwich Meal. After leaving the drive thru I found they gave me... a single fish sandwich. I went back through drive thru. They took the single back in inside, added a fish filet on top of theoriginal one they gave me and handed it back to me. I asked for a fresh one, not one that based on the look of the cheese hadclearly been sitting around too long. The lady said ok, pull to the #2 spot and they will cook one fresh and let me know itwould take 3 minutes. In less than 1 min, Mike showed up with the ?Fresh? one. When I opened the box it was clearly the samesandwich that had just been microwaved. I asked again politely to please make me a fresh sandwich. The lady at the drive thruwindow yelled to the ?cooks? to give her the fresh sandwich. Someone finally gave me another supposed ?fresh? sandwich and saidthey through an Apple Pie in the bag for my troubles.
